24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate you scheduling an appointment at Skin Happi Esthetics Wellness Spa! To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations:
Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another guest. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged. No Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full service price.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, consistent late cancellations or no-shows may limit your ability to book future appointments.

I am responsible for discussing any questions that I may have concerning my own health conditons and updating Skin Happi Esthetics Wellness Spa any LLC as any of the above changes. I hereby release Skin Happi Esthetics Wellness Spa LLC and waive any and all claims, liabilities, or damages for personal injuries that I may experience directly or indirectly from receiving treatments. Return Policy: Services: If you weren't pleased with your service, please reach out to us at info@skinhappiesthetics.com. We do not refund services, but want you to be 100% satisfied and will do everything we can to remedy this. - We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to:
- Relax and unwind: Take a moment to de-stress before your treatment begins.
- Complete paperwork: Fill out any necessary intake forms at your leisure.
- Change and prepare: Change into a spa gown and slippers provided by us.
- Discuss your treatment: Briefly discuss your treatment goals and preferences with your spa therapist.
- Late Arrivals:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, if you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible at (630) 709-1593.
- Minimal Lateness: If you arrive 10 minutes or less after your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate your full treatment. However, this may slightly shorten the treatment duration to ensure we stay on schedule for subsequent appointments.
- Significant Lateness: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or a need to reschedule your appointment altogether. In such cases, the full service price may still be charged.
